Clean rooms and helpful staff. Interesting Jazz theme throughout. Comfortable bed with nice clean bedding.

Location was great, short walk to centre and restaurants. Dogs are made very welcome at the hotel.

This is a very comfortable small hotel in a great location close to the town centre with friendly and helpful reception staff and was excellent value for money

Didn’t try the breakfast, location is excellent for the old town. Secure parking is opposite. Staff friendly and helpful.

An excellent location, the lodge was the perfect choice to stay during the annual Jazz festival. jazz memorabilia reigns supreme

Staff very friendly and very helpful with my requests. Response time with my questions was outstanding. I do recommend this hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz, it is in the center of this beautiful city, everything is close by and definitely a place a would consider on my return.

Very good location, good breakfast included in price. Price is really good. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was really central,- walking distance to most sites. Room was spacious and clean. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked really good. The staff were extremely helpful and got us through the sticky bit of finding a vet.
