Staff very friendly and very helpful with my requests. Response time with my questions was outstanding. I do recommend this hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz, it is in the center of this beautiful city, everything is close by and definitely a place a would consider on my return.

The hotel was really central,- walking distance to most sites. Room was spacious and clean. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked really good. The staff were extremely helpful and got us through the sticky bit of finding a vet.

This is a very comfortable small hotel in a great location close to the town centre with friendly and helpful reception staff and was excellent value for money

Didn’t try the breakfast, location is excellent for the old town. Secure parking is opposite. Staff friendly and helpful.
